Superpowers & Strengths: A Creative Parent–Child Workshop

(Ages 8–11)

In this engaging, art-based workshop, children explore their “superpowers” through painting and guided reflection — then connect imagination to real-life strengths such as confidence, kindness, communication, and problem-solving.

One parent or caregiver attends alongside each child, creating a shared experience that strengthens connection and aligns children’s self-discovery with family encouragement and admiration.
