Not imported from outside, not flown in from Paris, not manufactured by foreign powers.

After reading a petition today, a wave of old trauma and memory rushed through me.

How many times have Western and other governments claimed to support the Iranian people, only for that support to disappear the moment the regime makes false promises to “reform” or negotiate over nuclear or security issues?

Each time, Iranians are left exposed. Each time, young lives are lost in the space between hope and abandonment.

Real change must come from within Iran.

Not from imposed figures.

Not from foreign-backed solutions.

The true leadership of Iran lives in those who dare to stand in the Iranian streets today, risking everything for dignity, freedom, and a future they own.
